IFC Reviews: What Importers Say About Imports From China

Excellent experience with IFC (ImportFromChina) — highly recommended!

This was my first shipment from China, and since I was completely new to the import and logistics process, I had a lot of questions and doubts. Thankfully, I chose IFC, and they made the entire process much easier for me.

The team was extremely helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the process. They guided me properly at every step and answered each and every query whenever I needed help. Most importantly, my shipment arrived within the promised timeframe, which was a great experience for a first-time importer.

One thing that really impressed me was their honesty and professionalism. Due to what may have been a bank issue, we accidentally made the payment twice without realizing it. After a few days, the IFC team noticed the duplicate payment themselves, contacted us, and refunded the extra payment. They could have easily ignored it, but they proactively informed us and returned the money. That says a lot about their integrity.

If you are new to importing from China and looking for a reliable logistics agent who will actually guide and support you, I highly recommend IFC. Based on my first-hand experience, I genuinely feel it would be difficult to find a better partner.

Thank you so much, IFC, for your kindness, patience, transparency, and support. You guys are great! 🙌

My company cosmic Opticals in Fatehpuri , I have been importing 10-12 containers per month from ifc for last 15 years . We have gone through all up an down moments , container delays , customs problems . But I have always trusted them due to their transparency and integrity . I have had switched to many importers in these years , but due to lack of transparency I had no option to return back to IFC . For a long term business my supplier information confidentiality and an importer not looking into my profits is most important , for which I love them . We may had bad moments but that happen in every relation and it becomes stronger with time . If you wish to grow and succeed , IFC is the only door that can get you through with their infrastructure in India customs and China offices. I have deliberately given a less star to let them improve further . 😘

When i planned to buy a machine from china, i searched reliable importers, i found IFC Inc. I contacted them and provided me all the detail calculation of sum involvement within no time. They impressed me by their prompt service. So i let them import my machine, they are very helpful, whenever i have a silly question they replied without hesitation. Frankly i don't expect that much help from them despite they were too busy.

I received my machine yesterday safe and sound within expected time frame. I am very happy for their service, i recommend to all indian those who plan to import from china. I, myself also planned to import another goods through IFC Inc. in future.

Awesome experience working with IFC , they have a professional legal team in india for customs duty calculation and applying correct hs codes as per custom and I gst tariffs which saved us a lot of duty which we were paying too high due to our lack of knowledge and depending on our cha before . Also the helped us compliance with BIS WPC required for our smart watches and Led Lighting smart home control systems.

Ifc is amongst the best importers or import agents in Delhi gurgaon region for quality electronic products from China . We have bought Bluetooth earphones , speakers , headphones , led tv parts , opencell , Cctv cameras , Dj stage lights , led displays , led modules , led par , moving heads , smoke machines , amplifiers, woofers , power supply ,laptop screens battery , mobile lcd touch folder charger, they helped us to manage BIS , WPC , EPR certifications required for import of electronics . Our requirement was small but they managed it by loading in thier mix containers and air shipments moving daily from different cities of China like Shenzhen , Guangzhou . Also helped a lot in sourcing quality suppliers. In short it’s a one stop solution for door to door delivery service from China . We are totally satisfied with their services and shall recommend to our friends .
