How much does a China sourcing agent cost?

Ask for a written quote covering the actual tasks: sourcing, samples, supplier payment coordination, inspection, collection, storage and shipping. Confirm minimum charges, excluded costs and quote validity. Compare the complete landed cost rather than only the agent fee or supplier unit price.

Before you pay a supplier

Verify the order and beneficiary details, confirm product eligibility and agree who is responsible for compliance documents. Inspection can reduce uncertainty but does not guarantee every unit or eliminate supplier risk. Keep specifications, photographs and payment records.
